Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placing the order. Depending on your location, the estimated delivery time is between 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999within India. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹40 will be charged.
Delivery Areas: We deliver to most pin codes across India. Please check if your area is serviceable by entering your pin code at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking details. You can also track your order on our website using the tracking number provided.
Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service at info@jammunuts.com or call us at +91 6006405530. In the unlikely event that your order is lost, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
Return & Refund Policy
We take pride in offering the highest quality dry fruits and nuts. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help:
Return Eligibility: You can request a return if:
- The product you received is incorrect or damaged.
- You received a product that does not match its description.
Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return Process:
- Email us at info@jammunuts.com with your order number, details of the issue, and images of the product (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, guide you through the return process.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
Refunds: Once the returned product is inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items: Perishable items like dry fruits are only eligible for return if they are incorrect or damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or consumed.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, the order will be processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.
