Shipping policy

At Jammu Nuts, we’re committed to delivering your favorite dry fruits quickly, safely, and affordably across India.

1. Delivery Locations

We ship to most pin codes across India via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post. If your area is out of serviceable range, we will notify you promptly.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–6 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that delays may occur during festivals, natural calamities, or due to courier partner constraints.

4. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

• COD Orders: ₹50 COD fee (where applicable).

• Standard Shipping Charges: ₹40 for orders below ₹499.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email to follow your parcel in real-time.

6. Damaged or Delayed Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or delayed beyond 10 days, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery attempt at info@jammunuts.com.
